MOROCCAN ACADEMY OF GASTRONOMY FOUNDATION
In March 2022 and In accordance with the will of a group of Moroccan chefs, experts, professionals, scientists and consultants in the culinary arts, culture, and heritage, agriculture of the communication and tourism, the Foundation of the Moroccan Academy of Gastronomy was created as a national body aimed at federating the efforts and actions of its members and actors, in order to list, inventory, promote and safeguard Moroccan culinary arts.
WE ARE DETERMINED TO:
- To be a leading quality ACADEMY in the fields of Moroccan Local Gastronomy, Hospitality and research in the national and regional culinary heritage.
- Develop and promote MOROCCAN CULINARY ARTS, and professional skills and the development of CHEFS and our collaborators.
- Create and develop team spirit through the practice of participatory management centered on respect for personality and consideration of the needs of the individual and the profession.
- Ensure and encourage quality service and culinary production by educating chefs to provide effective supervision to young talents through their know-how and know-how, their creativity and their spirit of innovation
- Create, innovate and maintain the culinary heritage and heritage of our establishments by encouraging a spirit of initiative
- Establish an effective communication system favoring internal exchanges with employees and external interactivity of professionals, in order to better satisfy young talents and perpetuate local gastronomy.
- Get involved with catering, hotel and tourism professionals in the process of promoting Moroccan Gastronomy.
- Encourage research and production in the gastronomic field.
- Adopt, encourage and respect the behaviors and ethics in force in the profession.
